Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, Which will start on the day you receive your item's and not the day you placed the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label may be delayed or even denied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges If you would rather complete an exchange for your item instead of completeing a return or refund we allow a few diffent ways you can accomplish this. Your first and fastest way to accomplish this is by placeing a second order online and after you select the item use the ADD TO CART button to display your shopping cart, you will see a section that is labled Special Instructions for the seller. In this message box you can enter your order number from the first purchase here and explain that you are doing an exchange by web order. When we process your second order we will refund the price of the second order in full and send the order out with a return lable for you to use to send the first item back to us. The second method would be contacting us by email at [email protected] and we will email you a return shipping lable for you to use. please provide your orginal order number and state that you are attempting to do an exchange by mail.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know that your refund was approved or not. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
